1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing NovelRoot Collective services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind the organization.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or policy violations.

4. Course Access

Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for the stated duration. Sharing materials outside your cohort is prohibited without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees are due at checkout. We provide full refunds up to 7 days before course start. After start, partial credits may be issued at our discretion. Taxes may apply based on your location.

6. Community Standards

Treat peers with respect. Harassment, plagiarism, spam, or illegal activity may result in removal without refund. “Fallows” are private, personal bookmarks stored locally in your browser.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your writing. By submitting work for feedback, you grant us and your cohort a limited license to review and annotate your materials within the platform. Our content (courses, guides, templates) remains our property.

8. Disclaimers

We offer educational services only. We do not guarantee publication, earnings, or particular outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, NovelRoot Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Material updates will be communicated by email or prominent notice.
